Youssef Mourra, Project Management Expert
As the founder and Principal Consultant at Nonsuch Consulting, Youssef delivers consulting across all the layers of Project, Programme and Portfolio Management in organisations of any size and type. He is known for developing practical and pragmatic solutions that help organisations achieve their desired business outcomes and to execute their strategies.
With over 28 years’ experience in the world of project, programme and portfolio management in both delivery and consulting roles, he has an excellent blend of ‘soft’ skills and ‘hard’ knowledge.
Youssef loves supporting individuals and groups who are interested in pursuing entrepreneurial goals. He has focussed on assisting a number of Wellington-based, women-owned businesses to help ensure the business world reflects the true diversity of gender in society. He also provides mentoring services to select individuals each year and loves to share his knowledge and experience.
