Samantha Naidoo, Contracts Expert
Samantha is a commercial lawyer and a business consultant. She has a law degree and an MBA and is based in Wellington. Samantha has worked at law firms where she has provided legal advice to small businesses, and she has been an in-house legal advisor to organisations in the private and public sectors. She has recently started sole practice as a commercial lawyer.
Her experience crosses several sectors where she has advised on a wide range of contracts – from basic T’s and C’s through to complex and high risk commercial contracts. Samantha explains legal concepts in a way that is easy to understand and provides pragmatic and effective solutions.
She enjoys sharing the lessons she has learnt from the work she has done over hundreds of contracts, and enabling businesses to manage their contract risk. In her downtime, she is likely to be found in a Pilates class or out running.
