I am passionate about transformation - transforming businesses and changing people’s lives. I do this through helping people understand others, and raising awareness of how behaviour and culture affects relationships.
I have over 27 years experience in education, training and development, with people from a wide range of ages and backgrounds. I have lived and worked in both Japan and New Zealand. I love supporting people’s personal growth and development through ongoing learning. I have worked with a variety of groups, supporting organisations to become more effective through changing their operations and culture.
Over the last year I have started working with a wide range of people in Bangladesh, doing training in leadership skills, including managing emotions, stress management, resilience, optimism, problem solving and decision making, dealing with difficult customers.
I have been using DiSC for the last 12 years, and have found it an invaluable tool for helping build self-awareness, building effective teams, reducing conflict, and helping people work more effectively with others. It helps people understand each other better, their motivations, and priorities. I have experienced working in a highly effective and productive team, where people were able to use their strengths and support each other’s areas of challenge, bringing out the best in each member. DiSC was an integral part of making this happen.
