A Simple Strategy That Got 10 x The Number Of Leads From My Website, Overnight
When I looked at my Virtual Assistant business's website, I knew two things:
1. We were getting maybe one lead per week
2. Our pricing page was our most viewed page (after home page)
In the entire time we’d had the website, we always stated our pricing.
I thought it would help qualify the leads and weed out the ones only motivated by price.
And it did.
But I knew there had to be a way to get more leads.
That’s when I stumbled across a brilliant strategy. With a special event coming up, I was looking to hire those giant LED letters.
The site I found had a pricing page but here’s the catch - I had to hand over my email to get access to get their pricing guide.
Of course I wanted to see it, so in went my email address and the guide was sent straight to my inbox.
Here’s where it gets really good. The next day I received a personalised email asking about the occasion and what questions I might have.
They knew I was interested, how to contact me and they took the time to personalise the email.
I implemented the very same strategy.
Overnight, we started getting 10x the number of leads in.
In the last 8 weeks we’ve had:
• 79 leads
• 9 responses to the personalised emails
• 8 proposals sent
• 3 new clients! (so far)
We took away our most sought-after info and traded it for what we wanted most from them.
