When you live and work in alignment with what's important to you, you're living well. And that’s the sweet spot where real success is achieved.

Over the years, Tracey has learnt a lot of lessons including trying to be and do what she thought was expected of her. A significant health scare in her mid-20s jolted Tracey to look at the way she was living and working with fresh eyes. That new perspective got her thinking about who she was and what living well meant. The difference was undeniable and since then she’s passionately guided others to step into the driver's seat of their own life and set a course for living well.

Tracey lives in Te Awamutu and enjoys working with people from around NZ and further afield. When she’s not in the office you’ll find her outdoors in the bush or at the beach.

Hamish Mexted

All of my family are self-employed. I grew up watching them talk about cash flow, staffing, sales and profitability. I founded Convex Accounting in 2011 to help people like my family, and to at the same time challenge the stereotype of the dull, cardigan-wearing accountant.

When I’m not at work, I’ll be spending time with my family (twin boys and a girl) or trying to find time for the hobbies I never quite seem to get around to. Mountain biking, windsurfing, diving and boxing are all on the list of things I don’t quite get to.

Jason Tiller

After studying digital media at AUT, Jason worked on e-commerce startups of varying size and success. Moving into a sales and advisory role at Stuff and Tracta, he worked alongside many businesses, big and small, which gave him significant insight into the challenges that these companies were facing. Specialising in the digital space, he sees a real need for a well planned and executed website strategy to play a part in the promotion of the small business sector, and the people within it. Now at Rocketspark, Jason works with the partner channel to develop and grow their businesses as well as helping Rocketspark take off.
